- Olufemi is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across hospitality, real estate, and information systems management. An architect by training and a certified project management professional, he has held significant roles with SCC, an Israeli construction company, and Housing Alliance.
- Drawing on his extensive experience, Olufemi founded Cad Expert Limited and Capitol Developers, through which he established successful projects such as 1 OAK Apartments, Hill Top Apartments, and numerous retail and residential developments. His versatile expertise enables him to lead and manage dynamic, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Executive Director
- Teslim Bello is an experienced entrepreneur, business operator, and management consultant with over 23 years of expertise. He is the founder of Kitab Business Services, an education technology company in Dubai, UAE, and co-founder and managing consultant of a consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- With more than 17 years in business transformation, Teslim specializes in business and technology strategy, as well as program and project management. His career includes 13+ years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), advising clients across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. He also co-founded Viols Energy Solutions, a gas distribution company, and is a partner at IQN Advisory Services.
Director Finance
- With over 25 years of extensive experience across consulting, banking, finance, and technology industries, Kola is a seasoned professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. He began his career in 1998 at Augusto & Co., where he spent over seven years as a lead analyst, focusing on critical corporate and commercial sectors across Nigeria. Following his tenure at Augusto & Co., Kola transitioned into the banking sector, holding key roles at EcoBank, UBA, Oceanic Bank, and Stanbic IBTC. His expertise in credit risk management enabled him to develop credit strategies, automate credit processes, and drive commercial lending initiatives effectively.
- In addition to his banking achievements, Kola served as the Chief Executive of Wakanow Ghana, where he oversaw operations in both Ghana and Kenya. During his leadership, he successfully led a $20 million Series A funding round and contributed significantly to various funding transactions, showcasing his exceptional analytical and strategic skills. Kola's diverse experience and proven ability to drive operational excellence position him as a highly accomplished leader in his field.
Director Technical
- He holds a B-Tech and M-Tech in Architecture from the Federal University of Minna, Niger State, and is a registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria. He has worked with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as a project consultant and contractor for several years and continues to do so.
- He also served with the Nigerian Air Force under the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) as Head Architect and a member of the Physical Planning Committee, contributing to the design and construction of several projects. Over the years, he has been thoroughly trained and involved in multi-million naira projects, which testify to his professionalism.
